Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors consists of seven dedicated volunteers who provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight of the credit union’s long-term financial health and policies. Board members are responsible for ensuring:

  • Strategic goals align with the membership’s best interests.
  • Financial stability and risk management practices are maintained.
  • Policies support safe, secure, and ethical operations.

Amy Nichols – Vice Chairperson

Randy Patrick – Secretary
Cathy Wildman – Treasurer

Janet Kiyota – Volunteer
Libby Dale – Volunteer

Commitment:
Board members serve for a three-year term and must commit to attending monthly meetings, strategic planning sessions, and annual education requirements to stay informed on industry trends and regulations.

  • Must be a District Credit Union member in good standing
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities, integrity, and a commitment to our credit union’s mission.
